These cards were inspired by artist Christa Forrest, as I moved through my second cancer diagnosis and treatment. They assisted me with flipping the narrative around negative self-talk and emotions. These cards gave me the opportunity to give myself permission to see the lessons that life was bringing my way.
Each card has been thoughtfully journeyed through from personal experience. You may use them for general well-being or a little helpful guidance. (Think of a little Michelle sitting on your shoulder!)

I am a keen student of life and a self confessed butterfly, however there is nothing more grounding than lived experience!
There are so many avenues for creativity and healing and I feel grateful that my life has presented opportunities to explore what works for me, and in turn pass this onto those who want to create positive life changes.
